Robert (Bob) Lavigne, our Northeastern Ontario / Eastern Canada Operations Manager, announced his retirement effective August 31^st / 2016.   

Bob started with The Walden Group as our Maintenance Superintendent, a position he held for 2 years before accepting the promotion to Operations Manager.  Bob successfully managed this position to his last day, through a period of growth at our Timmins operation. 

Bob retires having spent his entire career in Timmins within the mining industry, where his thoughtful style of leadership garnered respect and friendship from countless co-workers and customers at every stop along his path.

While saddened to see him leave, we’re extremely happy for Bob, and wish him health and happiness in retirement.
