The Walden Group once again hosted our Invitational Golf Tournament during the “Big Event / Canadian Mining Expo” in Timmins on June 1st at The Hollinger Golf Club.  Again this year, The Walden Group raised funds through Hole Sponsorships, and individual contributions from the players, raising over $5000.00 for KidSport Timmins.  The “Sports for Kids Timmins” mandate is to focus on creating conditions that enable and support children and youth to participate in sports, recreation and physical activities.  The Walden Group has proudly raised money for this local charity for 4 years.  Watch for the story in The Timmins Daily Press.  A large thank you to everyone that contributed!  Our hole sponsors were:

Another thank you too all our valued suppliers and customers who donated prizes to the tournament, without these fine folks, a prize table like the one at our event wouldn’t be possible.
